You and your friends, an amateur Jazz band,  uncovered something strange as you cleared out the basement of the studio space you work to afford some recording time in.

In an unmarked box, beneath a stack of unmarked boxes, beneath a picture of a knife, was an unassuming cassette tape -- it was unlabelled, in a clear jewel case, but despite its blandness, something about it called out to you all.

Gathered around an old cassette player later that night, you slotted the tape in and hit play, and what greeted you was an abstract acid-jazz trip into the mind of music's most eccentric performers.

Sucked into the tape and forced to play in a life or death jazz gauntlet, all in the hopes that you get to face off against... The Jazzman.

Will you survive, and live to jazz another day? Or will you perish deep in the tape-twisting coils of JAZZMANJI!

A fast paced card game for one to four players.

Files provided should allow players to print their own copies of Jazzmanji, but physical copies may be available at some point in the future.

Jazzmanji is an often chaotic dice rolling game in the vein of Escape the Dark Castle -- where you must progress through a set of modified tracks on your way to a face off with The Jazzman.

To play, beyond the files attached, you'll also need one eight-sided die per player (having more on hand is also useful), and possibly some method of tracking short periods of time. It may also be helpful to have some extra dice or a pen and paper on hand to keep track of some vital counters.
